State Championship Tournament

State Champ Logo Each year Missouri Hockey Youth Division host the Missouri State Championship for participating travel and GRHL teams. Central States teams are not eligible. The tournament is held at the end of the season over a 2 to 3 week period. Tournament winners receive a banner which can be customized with the team name, logo along with players and coach’s names to hang in their home rink.

All Championship Games will be played the weekend of March 4-5th at Hardee’s Ice Plex.

The Championship weekend schedule will be posted soon! 

 Tournament Team Participation

Teams which chose not to participate in the State Championship Tournament or fail to show up for a State Championship Tournament  game will be assessed a fee of $250.

The following clubs and teams will not be participating in this years tournaments:

  • Twin Bridges Lady Lightening Bantam B Team #3 Swift
  • Twin Bridges Lady Lightening Bantam B Team #3 Picard
  • AAA Lady Blues Bantam A1
  • Affton Squirt AA
  • St. Peters Bantam AA Mize

    Leagues with Patrick and Smythe divisions will play one tournament with the tournament seeding being determined by the League Commisioners at the end of the season.

    Tournament Dates
     

    Teams are not allowed to travel during their respective divisions’s State Championship weeks.

    Preliminary round games will be played between Wednesday, Feb. 22nd and Thursday, March 1st.

    All Championship Games will be played the weekend of March 3-4th at Hardee’s Ice Plex.
