Youth Hockey Tournaments

Missouri Hockey Youth Division member organizations may advertise their local USA sanctioned tournament free of charge.  Non-members will be charged a $50 fee.  To advertise your tournament, contact the Missouri Hockey office.  For contact information, click here.

To register and apply for USA Hockey sanctioning:

• Fill out the USA Hockey Tournament Registration Form
• Include the Missouri Hockey Affiliate Fee of $50 made payable to Missouri Hockey
• Include the USA Hockey Tournament Fee of $50 made payable to USA Hockey

Send application and the payments to the Associate Central District Registrar:  Debbie Hellwig, 539 Southern Hills, Eureka, MO 63025-3612.
